Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted for products with manufacturer defects.
Examples of defects include:

  • Structural damage (e.g., cracks, dents) caused during manufacturing.
  • Missing or improperly assembled components.
  • Functional defects (e.g., choppers not working as intended).

Note:

  • Returns are not accepted for minor variations in color, design, or texture as these are inherent in handmade and natural products.
  • Products damaged due to improper use, handling, or transportation after delivery are not eligible.

Return Conditions

  1. Time Frame: All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
  3. Proof of Defect: Submit clear photos or videos of the defect while initiating the return request.
