Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted for products with manufacturer defects.
Examples of defects include:
- Structural damage (e.g., cracks, dents) caused during manufacturing.
- Missing or improperly assembled components.
- Functional defects (e.g., choppers not working as intended).
Note:
- Returns are not accepted for minor variations in color, design, or texture as these are inherent in handmade and natural products.
- Products damaged due to improper use, handling, or transportation after delivery are not eligible.
Return Conditions
- Time Frame: All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
- Proof of Defect: Submit clear photos or videos of the defect while initiating the return request.
